My journey through life has led me down many paths. I studied shamanism with a Cherokee healer. He taught me to trust in myself. I led a group of women in Sedona, Arizona on to Bell Rock where we had visions, shared dreams, met spirits and grew.

I have studied theology, psychology, herbology and homeopathic medicine. As I grow, my clients grow with me; as they grow, I grow. We are a relationship in and of balance.

I work with the movement and balancing of the chakra system, understanding the importance of letting go of thought to evoke change in our lives. I teach how to experience when energy is blocked or stuck and techniques for increasing the flow.

You can learn how to sense your own, and others', energy field. That skill will enable you to develop clear boundaries in relationships, when you can feel a person's energy, and they yours, a harmonizing flow will be created.
